Do you offer free shipping?
Currently, we do not offer free shipping but we do offer flat rate shipping on all domestic Canadian orders of $9.99! No minimum amount spent! For international orders (US), shipping will be calculated during your cart checkout.
Ok, so I placed my order. When will it be shipped?
We ship orders Monday through Saturday, either the same day or next day depending on your time of purchase. If your item(s) were purchased before 2 PM (Eastern Time) your order will ship out the same day. If your order was placed after 2 PM, your order will be shipped out the next day. Orders purchased on a Saturday or Sunday will be shipped out the following Monday with the exception of Holidays.

Do you give promo codes?
Yes, we do! If you sign up as a Style Fam Insider, you will receive 15% off your first order over $50. Please note, this promotion only works for subtotals over $50 and does not include the tax. If you’re unsure where the Style Fam Insider is located, we make it easy for you to sign up at the bottom of every page. Once signed up, you will automatically receive the promo code to use with your first purchase.
My promo code is not working, why?

I placed my order, now what?
We’re so happy you purchased from us are cannot wait for you to receive your item! Once an order has been made, you will receive an order confirmation from us via email. Once your item has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information. All you have to do is wait for your goods to arrive!
What is your return policy?
We do our very best to describe and photograph all items in our shop.
Returns are only accepted for a store credit within 14 days of purchase for domestic delivery and 30 days of purchase for international delivery.
If your original order was placed and a currency converter was available to you, your refund will be issued in your local currency and will be calculated at the same rate that was used when you placed your order.
If the above time periods have passed since the date of purchase or if items are not returned in the condition they were sent out in (tags attached and/or items unworn and unwashed), unfortunately, we can not offer you store credit. Sale items and accessories (earrings, necklaces) cannot be returned or refunded. Items purchased using a sale coupon code can also not be returned. To complete your return, your receipt is required. Please complete our Return Information Form by checking your reason for return and including this with your unwanted merchandise. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please note that credit card or PayPal refunds may take up to five to seven business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. You will receive an email with a gift card for a store credit in the original amount of your item(s).
Unfortunately, all sale items are final (including accessories). PLEASE DO NOT SEND BACK YOUR MERCHANDISE IF IT WAS A MARKED DOWN ITEM. We will not be processing your item if you send it to our warehouse for return and it is a marked down sale item. We cannot return these items as they are final sale. If sent back there will not be a credit given of any kind and you will be responsible for fees of shipping back to you.
Items bought with an online code are final sale and not returnable. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
I want to check the authenticity of an item. How can I do that?
Absolutely! We only carry authentic items in our shop and never source items that are suspicious or apparently not authentic.
If you are ever interested in an items authenticity, feel free to ask for further photos so we can send you to check with your choice of an authentication service. Any fees for an authentication service you choose is the sole responsibility of the buyer and we are not held liable for the information given to you. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer authenticity checks or certificates but we do hope for this in the near future.
